Faculty members Dr. Elaine Ballard and Mrs. Nancy Ballard, co-investigators, presented results of their pilot study on behalf of Principal Investigator, Dr. Belinda Deal, who was unable to attend at the last minute.  Dr. Beth Mastel-Smith was in attendance and reported 'fantastic job!'

Dr. Pamela Lake, May 2013 graduate, had her manuscript, titled “FIT to Care: An Action Research Study Exploring the Use of Communication Theory  to Strengthen Caring Relationships between Teachers and Students” accepted by the International Journal of Human Caring. Congratulations, Pamela!!!
